In the community, Aziz is a member of the Woodland-Mill Lake Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and the local chapter of the League of Women Voters. She currently is inactive, but is a certified public accountant (CPA). She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University. She is a 1995 graduate of Monroe Township High School.
